She completed her internship at Peninsula Hospital Center, NY and completed her residency at Saint Joseph Medical Center, Yonkers, which is affiliated with New York Medical College.
Dr. Shah is Board Certified by American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of American Academy of Family Physician and AAPI. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Gujarati languages, making her widely accessible to patients with various cultural backgrounds.
